This is where we learn together how to REMAIN in Jesus, CONNECT as family and SHARE the gospel. At Heartland, these small groups are called “Gospel Communities".}

Why Gospel Community?

We believe that Gospel Community is an expression of our identity as disciples of Jesus Christ. Because the Father has adopted us, we are a family. Because the Son has saved us, we are servants. And, because the Spirit has sent us, we are witnesses. This is the identity that we are called to live out together in community.

What does life in a Gospel Community look like?

Our Gospel Communities all meet weekly, but those meetings look different based on the individual context of each community. All of our Gospel Communities place an emphasis on prayer and the centrality of God’s Word. And all of our Gospel Communities seek to make disciples by creating environments where we can experience life on life, life in community and life on mission.
